RETURN OF GOODS

Return of the goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

• availability of a receipt and receipt of payment for the goods;
• preservation of the proper appearance of the product;
• preserving the integrity of the packaging.

Partial return of goods is possible only in multiples of whole packages.

When you receive the goods, be sure to check the goods in stock.

Cerama Market understands customers who receive large loads – so we provide one day to check for defects.

Remember that according to the rules of the carrier, after receiving the goods in the office of   «Nova Poshta» you agree with its appearance and equipment.
