Delivery costs for large-format tiles measuring 160 × 160 cm and 160 × 320 cm are calculated individually. Please contact a manager for a quote.

Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., within 3 business days of purchase, provided the items are in stock. We take your preferred delivery date and time into account. The driver will call you one hour before arrival.
Please note that delivery is made to the building entrance only. Unloading the goods and carrying them up to your floor are not included in the delivery service.
Goods can be delivered via Nova Poshta or Delivery. If the items are in stock, delivery to your selected branch takes up to 3 calendar days from the date of your confirmation.
The delivery cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the goods and is calculated according to the carrier’s rates.
** When ordering items marked “Available to Order,” please check with the online store consultant for the estimated delivery time to the warehouse. The lead time depends on product availability at the factory and may range from 3 days to 2 months.
Please note that, in accordance with the carrier’s rules, by accepting the goods at the transport company’s branch, you confirm that you are satisfied with their external condition and completeness.
Collect your order in Lviv or Kyiv:
* Please note that the company’s main warehouse is located in Solonka, near Lviv. If you wish to collect your order directly from the Lviv showroom or from the Kyiv warehouse, transferring the goods between locations may take up to 3 business days.
Upon receiving your order, please check the quantity, condition, completeness, and other details of the goods.
CERAMA MARKET understands the needs of customers collecting large and bulky items, so we allow one day for inspecting the goods for defects.

Choose this payment method only if you wish to pay for your order directly at a KERAMA MARKET showroom, either in cash or by bank card.
You can pay for your order by bank transfer using the invoice provided by our manager. Payment can be made at any bank branch or via online banking.
